CHATHAM, NJ - Superintendent and principal salaries continue to rise, and last year Chatham taxpayers spent $1,896,461 on the superintendent and principals in their school district.

The Department of Education recently released its annual list of superintendents and principals and their salaries before the start of the 2019-20 school year. Some of the principals and superintendents listed may no longer be with their schools; this list was developed in 2019.

The list below contains administrators, with their school, their years of service (which is surely a factor in their pay) and, finally, their salaries in 2019:
