8 Candidates Running In Chatham Borough Council, Township Committee Elections
Both Democratic incumbents and Republican challengers filed to run in the Chatham elections. Here are the candidates.

CHATHAM, NJ — The candidates are in for the Chatham Borough Council's and Chatham Township Committee's upcoming primary elections. On both governing bodies, the Democratic incumbents will try to retain their seats from Republican challengers come November.
The Borough Council and Township Committee each have two seats up for grabs. That means the municipal primaries will be uncontested in both towns.

Township Committee
- Republicans: Dawn Flynn, Ronald R. Rubino
- Democrats: Stacey Ewald, Celeste Fondaco
Borough Council

- Republicans: Bob Weber, Freddie Bicknese
- Democrats: Irene Treloar, Karen Koronkiewicz
New Jersey's primary election day falls on June 7. Although the municipal races in Chatham won't have contested primaries, Republicans in the area will have a decision to make for Congress. Five GOP candidates hope to face Rep. Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat, for the 11th District seat: Paul DeGroot, Ruth McAndrew, Tayfun Selen, Toby Anderson and Alexander R. Halter.
