AAA Recognizes DeFalco's Towing for Excellence

DeFalco’s Instant Towing & Automotive in Chatham Borough was honored by AAA with the 2011 Service Provider of Excellence Award.

DeFalco's has been a road service provider with AAA New Jersey Automobile Club for nearly 30 years, according to a statement from AAA released Wednesday.

Besides offering towing services in Essex, Morris and Union Counties, DeFalco's also offers automobile repairs and body work.

In their near 30 years with AAA, DeFalco's has "continually deliver[ed] excelleent customer service to AAA members" and "has earned a well-deserved reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction," according to the statement.

AAA has offered the Service Providers of Excellence awards for 10 years to their road service providers who "are innovative in delivering value to AAA members and [do] more than expected to meet and exceed their needs," the statement read.
