All are Welcome to Election Eve Communion 11/7 at Trinity Covenant Church
A celebration of the love of God and love for one another is planned to heal us as we go to vote.

Everyone is invited to gather around the communion table at Trinity Covenant Church in Livingston at 7:30 pm for a special time of prayer and hospitality on “Election Eve,” Monday, Nov. 7, 2016.
“While the campaign season is designed to coerce, persuade and divide people, the church has been sent to draw people together,” says Trinity’s Pastor Susan Gillespie.
“We gather for communion before we vote, as a way of reminding ourselves and one another that one thing is most important, the love of God and our love for one another,” she said. “We intentionally come to the table together, no matter what how we intend to vote or whether it’s likely the person next to us will cancel out our vote. Love for one another that comes from the love of God outlasts whatever might divide us.”
