Madison Area YMCA Partners with Paola’s Multiservice to Bring the Community Together

The Madison Area YMCA recently joined Paola's Multiservice, located at 72 Main St, Madison, NJ, in supporting a Colombia Earthquake Relief Drive from August 19-26, bringing together community members to support families affected by the earthquake that took place in early August.

Initiated by Paola's Multiservice, community members generously donated essential supplies, including diapers, tents, sleeping bags, personal hygiene products, and other necessities. The Madison Area YMCA was pleased to contribute to the effort by serving an extended, off-site location, providing an additional place for the community to make donations.

Between Paola's Multiservice and the Madison Area YMCA, more than 60 boxes of essential supplies were packed and sent to families affected by the earthquake.

Paola, of Paola's Multiservice, expressed her sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the relief effort:

"I want to express my heartfelt and sincere gratitude to the Madison Area YMCA and especially to everyone who came together to collect donations for the families affected by the earthquake in Colombia. In such difficult times, your solidarity and empathy mean so much. Thank you for putting yourselves in the shoes of the families who need support right now, and for showing that even from afar, we can unite to help."

The Madison Area YMCA is proud to have supported Paola's Multiservice and the broader community in this important relief effort, and it has demonstrated the impact that can be made when members of a community come together to support others during a time of need.
