‘The Thanksgiving Play’ Opens Friday At Chatham Playhouse

The Chatham Players production opens Friday and runs through Oct. 3, with individual tickets available online.

CHATHAM, NJ — A new production is taking the stage in Chatham this week, with The Thanksgiving Play opening Friday.

The Chatham Players production is scheduled to run from Friday through Oct. 3 as part of the theater group's 2026-27 season.

The theater describes the production as a "laugh 'til you cringe satire" centered on four people exploring their place in and responsibility to the First Thanksgiving narrative.

The cast features Gabi Wagner Mann as Logan, Andrew Froehlich as Jaxton, Alan Ellis as Caden and Giuliana Sammarro as Alicia.

Alysia Homminga is directing, with Jessica Phelan and Missy Renwick producing. Sarah Pharaon is stage manager, and Jordyn Chait is assistant stage manager.

The production team also includes Roy Pancirov for set design, Jackson Gould for lighting design, Joe DeVico for sound design, Jackie Jacobi for costume design, Joëlle Bochner for scenic painting, Steve Ruskin as fight coordinator and Alyson Pemoulié Halter for makeup and wigs.

Those interested in attending can purchase individual tickets through Chatham Players. Advance tickets are $27 for adults and $24 for seniors and students, according to the theater.
