CHATHAM, NJ — The Borough of Chatham Zoning Board of Adjustment has a packed agenda for Wednesday, Sept. 23, with several property applications and requests for zoning variances awaiting the board's consideration.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Borough Hall, 54 Fairmount Avenue.
Applications listed include JAG Construction's request at 205 Hillside Avenue for five C variances and one D variance, and Jen and Richard White's request for a maximum-building-coverage variance at 179 Center Avenue.
Jayme and Sean Montgomery are seeking front-yard and left-side-yard setbacks and a maximum-floor-area variance at 2 Sussex Avenue. Kavish Shukla and Ruttika Joshi seek building-coverage, side-yard-setback and maximum-floor-area variances at 14 Somerset Avenue.
The agenda also says Minisink Club Inc. is "requesting the conversion of two Har-Tru tennis Courts into four pickleball courts" at 1 Princeton Street. That application has been carried to a special meeting Tuesday, Oct. 20.
The board is scheduled to consider resolutions for Patrick Regan, 43 North Summit Avenue, and Krista Cowley, 25 North Hillside Avenue.
