
John F. Kuntz has more than 25 years of banking experience, and joined The Provident Bank in 2001. In 2005, he began working for Provident as executive vice president and general counsel.
Before working for Provident, he worked as vice president and assistant general counsel at Mellon Investor Services, LLC, and as a partner at Bourne, Noll and Kenyon.
Kuntz studied law at New York Law School, where he earned a J.D., magna cum laude. His undergraduate degree is from Fairfield University.

Kuntz is also a former director of the Madison Area YMCA and a former president of the Chatham Jaycees.
