Barbershop chorus to serenade veterans
Veterans Hospital, Lyons, NJ to enjoy holiday music by local men's chorus

On Tuesday, December 13, the Community Living Center at the Lyons VA Hospital will ring with the exciting sound of 4-part barbershop harmony.
The free concert will feature the Morris Music Men, Morris County’s premiere barbershop chorus, and a popular North Jersey seniors quartet, The Four Old Parts. It will include holiday sing-a-long favorites and selections from the regular chorus repertoire.
Chorus members are excited to have the opportunity to perform for the heroes who have given so much for our country as many of the active singers in the chorus are veterans of the Army, Air Force or Marines whose years of service stretch from 1944 to 1971.

The Morris Music Men include men of all ages from across North Jersey. They meet at 7:30pm each Tuesday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 300 Shunpike Road in Chatham to sing and socialize, and new singers are always welcome.
Under the dynamic direction of Drew University graduate Nate Barrett, the chorus has grown in size over the past year and has added a number of exciting new tunes to its already audience-pleasing repertoire.
