Maximus Brown (9 yo, Chatham resident) asked the mayor if he could start a Christmas tree farm because he was sad the Dixiedale farm was sold, and the mayor approved!

Max opened for business in 2022, selling fresh cut trees while he waits for those he planted in his yard to grow big enough to sell someday. We are now open again for the 2023 holiday season! You may buy a fresh tree for your own family, or donate a tree and bring some holiday cheer to a family in need, via our website and partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Newark.
