Monday – SilverSneakers Mobility

SilverSneakers Mobility helps participants maintain independence through gentle, chair-supported exercises that mimic everyday activities. The class also incorporates cognitive wellness activities and exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Tuesday – SilverSneakers Classic
3:30 PM
SilverSneakers Classic is a low-impact group fitness class that uses chairs, resistance tubing, hand weights, and other light equipment to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. This beginner-friendly class provides a supportive environment for participants of varying fitness levels.
Wednesday – SilverSneakers Yoga
4:00 PM
SilverSneakers Yoga combines seated and standing yoga poses to improve flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Participants use a chair for support and modifications, making the class accessible for beginners while still offering benefits for more experienced participants.
Friday – SilverSneakers Stability
3:30 PM
SilverSneakers Stability is a standing class focused on reducing the risk of falls through exercises that improve balance and lower-body strength. Participants will work to strengthen ankle, knee, and hip joints while building confidence and stability in everyday movement.
All classes are 30 minutes in length and are suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
