Changes Coming To Chatham Township Committiee
The primary votes are tallied and the ballot is set for November.
CHATHAM, NJ - The primary results are complete and they signal changes coming to the Chatham Township Committee, according to Morris County Clerk Ann Grossi.
Sitting Republican Mayor Mike Kelly lost his reelection bid, as his 516 votes were not enough to stave off Ashley Felice and Mark Hamilton who nabbed 1,013 and 994 votes respectively. They will face Democrat Amee Shah who garnered 1,272 votes and Brnadon Melvin, who picked up 1,214 votes.
Across Morris County voter turnout was approximately 98,776 out of 369,658 registered voters. Or 26 percent.

The general election is currently scheduled for Nov. 3.
