Chatham Borough Continues Pandemic Prep

CHATHAM, NJ - As part of the Pandemic Disease Planning and Response policy, the Borough of Chatham Administration and Police Department are coordinating with local vendors to ensure services are provided to its citizens during the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic.

Residents with mobility issues, or individuals experiencing flu like symptoms, should not feel compelled to leave their home to get needed groceries and/or medications. The below listed vendors are already providing these services and the Borough of Chatham will assist them to ensure these services continue.

Additionally, officials are working closely with the Chatham Senior Center in the event additional services for seniors, or others who are having difficulty caring for themselves, are needed so reach out to them if more particular assistance is needed at (973) 635-4565. Borough Administration and the Police Department will assist the Senior Center in delivering additional services any residents in need have.

"By working together, we are confident we will weather this pandemic safely and without panic," officials said.

Prescriptions / Over-the-Counter Medications

Delivery services for prescriptions and over-the-counter medications in the Chatham Borough area can be obtained through the CVS Store, located at 471 Main Street in Chatham Borough or Liberty Drug store, located at 195 Main Street in Chatham Borough.
Groceries:

In the Chatham Borough area, grocery delivery services are available at the Chatham Shoprite store, located at 641 Shunpike Road in Chatham Township and the Stop & Shop Peapod store, located at 133 Main Street in Madison with delivery through Instacart.
