“Many Chatham Borough residents have been inquiring about how they can recycle their styrofoam,” said Council President Irene Treloar. “We are thrilled to offer Chatham Borough residents the convenience of bringing their Styrofoam and composting to Madison at no added expense to Chatham Borough, and to continue to expand upon our shared collaborations with Madison.”
