Chatham Schools Make Best Of NJ List
A new 2020 list of 300 of NJ's best schools at every grade level, including both private and public schools has been released.
CHATHAM, NJ - There's a new list that lets you know what New Jersey school districts has the best schools on any grade level, public and private, in New Jersey and some Chatham schools are on it.
In Chatham, Chatham High School (public, 9-12), Southern Boulevard School, The School District of the Chathams (public, PK, K-3), Lafayette Avenue School, The School District of the Chathams (public, 4-5), and Milton Avenue School, The School District of the Chathams (public, PK, K-3) made the list.
Niche.com, which specializes in all different types of rankings, including schools, has created a new list that is a bit different than the usual lists the company is known for. In this one, Niche has included both public and private schools for New Jersey.

That may not sound different than Niche's usual rankings but this list includes both private and public schools and also includes elementary, middle and high schools all in the same list. Please note that this is not a ranking, but a search list, where you can see and compare all schools grouped together, organized by "Overall Grade."
It is important to remember that every school on this list received either an A+ or an A for an overall score from Niche.

Niche's methodology is based on an analysis of academic and student-life data from the US Department of Education along with test scores, and feedback from Niche.com users.
