Chatham Woman Charged With Shoplifting From Mall: Police

MILLBURN, NJ - A 20-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with shoplifting from Sephora after an incident on June 23, according to the Millburn Police Department.

According to authorities, Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report where Sephora personnel reported Kathleen Conroy of Chatham concealed eight
items valued at $234 in a purse and in her pocket and left the store without making payment.

Conroy was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons. police said.
