A Concert With A Conscience debuts

Chatham United Methodist Church is trying something new in its sanctuary. Their Concert With A Conscience is a new project in which they are inviting a music group and a local non-profit to partner together for an evening to gain awareness and donations for the non-profit. Made possible with a grant from Morris Arts, the evening is otherwise a usual concert of fantastic singing and music making, but it also consists of a leader from the non-profit organization acquaintinging the attending audience with what they do and how to donate.

The Chatham UMC has long been the rehearsal home for the historic Masterwork Chorus on Wednesday evenings and they are very happy to implement this effort with their long-time musical friends. The Chatham Community Food Distribution is a food line that began during the pandemic serving the needs of the local community. If you will be attending the Masterwork Chorus Concert on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 you are invited to bring a non-perishable food item.
