Corpus Christi Carnival Continues In Chatham
The festivities will wind down on Saturday.
CHATHAM, NJ - The annual Corpus Christi Carnival is kicking off the summer as the school year winds down and the days get longer. And those interested can join in on the festivities through Saturday.
The carnival will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
According to organizers, the food tent will provide something for everyone as the grill is fired up and the burgers, hot dogs, fries and onion rings are cooked fresh and on the spot. There will also be sausage and peppers and pizza and home baked goodies for dessert.

Besides the many rides provided by Tommy’s Midway which organizers said appeal to children and adults of all ages there are the many game offerings where visitors can try their hand to win a multitude of prizes.
The yearly event is held at the back parking lot of Corpus Christi Church located at 234 Southern Boulevard in Chatham Township.
