Drunk Driver Ran Off Road, Hit Car In Driveway: Chatham Police
Police say the driver also struck a tree.

CHATHAM, NJ — A drunk driver drove across a Chatham Township front lawn and hit a car parked in a driveway last Wednesday, Chatham Township police said.
Patrick Reynolds, 50 of Chatham, was arrested last week after police say he drove drunk. Reynolds is accused of losing control of his car on Woodland Road around 10:57 p.m on Nov. 22. He allegedly ran off the road, stuck a tree and drove across the front lawn of the house before hitting a parked car.
Both cars were badly damaged, police said, and Reynolds was injured. He refused medical attention, police said.

Reynolds was charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and driving while intoxicated. He was released to a family member with an upcoming court date.
