CMS 6th Graders Participate in NFL Play 60 Challenge

On Sunday, November 27th all of the CMS 6th graders were invited to participate in the NFL Play 60 Challenge, which promotes healthy and active lifestyle for our youth.  Over the past month each student attempted to accumulate 60 minutes of physical activity each day.  Every student was given a Play 60 booklet for recording their exercise types and amounts.  The top 20 students who had the most minutes of exercise after the 4 weeks were selected to participate in the NFL Play 60 event at MetLet Stadium against Summit Middle School.  The PE teachers were very proud to be party of such a special event and feel all of the students did a tremendous job!
