The Kinnara™ Ensemble, NJ’s professional chamber choir, will present “Home,” a one- hour choral concert of American spirituals, hymns, and folk music on May 7th at 8pm at St John’s Lutheran Church, 587 Springfield Ave., Summit. Audiences have recognized the ensemble for their warmth of sound and musical dexterity. Tickets are $20 available at the door. Under the artistic direction of J.D. Burnett, the 24 professional artists which comprise the ensemble come from NJ, NY and PA,. They have performed as the Kinnara Ensemble throughout the state and as individuals throughout the world. A member of the multiple Grammy nominated group Conspirare, and an expert in choral pedagogy, Mr. Burnett also teaches and conducts at Montclair State University,
