 Our Mini Healthy Lifestyle Challenge
starts this week.  Participating in the Mini Healthy Lifestyle Challenge  is a great way to get started on your way to the Know Your Numbers Healthy Lifestyle Challenge which is the ultimate goal.

During the Mini Healthy Lifestyle Challenge, running from July 9 - Oct. 29, you'll keep a food diary and track of your physical activity. Awareness is the first step that
naturally encourages you to make necessary changes.

Bring your completed food diary and physical activity calendar to the Farmers Market on Oct. 29th to receive your goodie bag.  Good health is the best reward!

The Know Your Numbers, Healthly Lifestyle Challenge is an ongoing challenge to improve the 10 numbers that are most important to your health, including
weight, cholesterol, body mass index, blood pressure, resting heart rate, etc.
