Restaurant Serenade will host a dinner featuring Ariane Daguin, owner of D'Artagnan. A famed purveyor of game, Daguin will be speaking with guests during a six-course game menu. Each course will be paired with wines by Serenade's sommelier Craig Kallus.
Some of the dishes that will be prepared by Serenade's owner and chef James Laird, as described in a press release, will be, "Partridge Roulade with foie gras and truffles, Wild Boar Cassoulet and Juniper-Crusted Venison among others."
For $125, each guests gets the six-course meal and wine, with tax and gratuity included.
