When Your Adoption Turns Into Special Needs

Come join us to hear parents from our NJ APC chapter share their personal story about their adoption that became a special needs journey.  Joining us by phone will be the agency founder and director, Dawn Smith-Pliner, from Friends in Adoption in VT.  Following the presentation, those in attendance will be free to ask and engage in an open dialogue about the information presented.
