Kick Start Your Blog with Stacey Gill at The Writers Circle Montclair

Learn how to develop your blogging voice and style, build an audience and promote your work with TWC & Stacey Gill of "One Funny Motha."

Join The Writers Circle and Stacey Gill of “One Funny Motha” for a workshop that will help you kick start your blog on Sunday, March 20 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 73 S. Fullerton Avenue, Montclair from 2 - 4 pm.

The workshop will help you embrace your blog persona and understand some of the essentials. Stacey, who originally started blogging anonymously three and a half years ago, has since published on multiple online publications, contributed to an anthology with 40 of the funniest women on the web and developed a social media reach of over 10,000 followers. She will share her secrets on developing your voice and style, building an audience and promoting your work – all to give you the confidence you need to kick-start your own blogging journey.

The Writers Circle provides creative writing workshops for children and adults that move each writer toward her or his own best work. Classes are held in Montclair, Summit, Maplewood, and South Orange, and will be opening soon in Morristown. The Writers Circle also hosts special events, such as this, throughout the year.
