Morristown Man Charged With Drunk Driving In Chatham

His car was impounded, police said.

CHATHAM, NJ — A Morristown man was charged with drunk driving in Chatham, Chatham Township police Chief Steven Hennelly said.

Police pulled Pablo Quesnel, 41 of Morristown over after seeing several traffic violations, police said. After a roadside investigation, Quesnel was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to give proper signal, reckless driving and breath test refusal.

He was released to a friend with an upcoming court date, and his car was impounded, police said.
