After leaving an unregistered motorcycle and a jacket behind on Commerce Street in Chatham, the biker fled the area and went over the railroad tracks into Summit, where Summit Police joined the pursuit and located the suspect on Bridge Street—but the suspect again fled and was not apprehended Friday as of 10:15 p.m., Kelly said.
The Morris County Sheriff's Office's K9 unit and the New Jersey Transit Police were also called in to assist with the pursuit, Kelly said.
