Overdose Reversed In Chatham Borough By Police

The person was taken to a nearby hospital.

CHATHAM BOROUGH, NJ — Chatham Borough police officers reversed an overdose inside a Main Street apartment on Tuesday, police said.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Main Street for a person who was unresponsive. When they arrived they found the person lying on the living room floor with no pulse and no breath.

The person was given Narcan, and CPR, and began to show signs of life again. They were taken to an area hospital by the Chatham Emergency squad.
