When the decided to , Committee Member Bailey Brower Jr. specifically mentioned the empty storefront where Drug Fair used to be.

A liquor license, Brower said, would be a "tremendously attractive incentive" for a business to move into one of the area's empty storefronts, including the Drug Fair building.
