Psychedelic Mushrooms Found: Morris County Park Police Blotter
One man allegedly had Suboxone, psychedelic mushrooms, and needles when he was arrested.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County Park police officers made multiple arrests between Aug. 21 and 23, including for drugs, DUIs and more. Read about their arrests here:
-8/21: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson. An investigation led to Allison L. Henriksen, age 23, of Bartonsville, PA., to be charged with Possession of Suspected Cocaine, Possession of Suspected Marijuana, Possession of Suspected Hashish Oil, Driving While Intoxicated, and several other violations. She was released with a court date pending.
-8/21: ARREST FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for moving violation in Boonton Township. An investigation led to James B. Berkowitz, age 46, of Boonton Township, to he charged with Driving While Intoxicated and numerous other motor-vehicle violations. He was released with a court date pending.

-8/22: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Jefferson. An investigation revealed Jack J. Elston, age 39, of Newton, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Totowa Municipal Court. He was released with a new court date pending.
-8/22: ARREST FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation. An investigation led to Jhon A. Cardenas, age 23, of Dover, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated and numerous other motor-vehicle violations. He was released with a court date pending.

-8/23: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Rockaway Township. An investigation led to Andrew K. Gribble, age 26, of Stillwater, to be charged with Possession of Suspected Heroin, Possession of Suspected Crack-Cocaine, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, Hindering Apprehension, and Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; and Michelle M. Jerchaflie, age 25, of Sparta, Possession of Suspected Suboxone, Possession of Suspected Psilocybin Mushrooms, and Possession of Hypodermic Needles. Mr. Gribble was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance and Ms. Jerchaflie was released with a court date pending.
