Road Rage Arrest In Chatham Borough: Police

CHATHAM, NJ - A 37-year-old Wharton man was charged with simple assault after a road rage incident, according to the Chatham Borough Police Department.

Shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 11 Detective Michael Permison arrested Russell Bagnall and charged him with simple assault, police said. The arrest stemmed from a road rage incident that took place on Aug. 10 in which Bagnall allegedly punched the victim in the face, police said.

Bagnall came into Police Headquarters, was processed and released pending a court appearance.
