Shots Fired In Chatham This Weekend
Police believe the incident was isolated, but the investigation is ongoing.

CHATHAM, NJ— Chatham Police responded to reports of gunshots on Sunday, the Morris County Prosecutor said in a statement.
Shots were reported early Sunday morning in the area of Susan Drive. Police found the suspect in the roadway, and he was taken into custody without incident, Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said.
Police believe this was an isolated incident, but the investigation remains ongoing. Because the investigation is still underway, police are not releasing any more details publically.

Chatham Township Police Department, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office – Criminal Investigation Section, and the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office are all investigating the shooting.
