Stacey Scerbo Appointed Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chatham

CHATHAM, N.J. (Dec. 10, 2015) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Chatham resident Stacey Scerbo has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Chatham. Scerbo is responsible for the oversight of approximately 40 affiliated sales associates serving communities in the Morris County area.

“Stacey has had extensive management and customer service experience, and has been affiliated with the Chatham office as a sales associate for 11 years. Her depth of local knowledge as a Chatham resident and her close understanding of the office and its clients will continue to be an asset. I know Stacey will thrive in this new role,” said Maxwell.

Scerbo has earned several awards for her real estate sales excellence, including the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award for 2014. This honor was awarded to the top 17 percent of approximately 87,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a member of New Jersey Realtors and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Prior to real estate, Scerbo worked as a human resources applications consultant and project manager for SAP America, as well as a broker for Smith Barney, Harris, Upham and Co. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration: marketing and a minor in English literature from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania.
