Summons Issued to Stockton Man for Suspended License
Chatham Township Police pulled over the Stockton man on Thursday evening.

Chatham Township Police issued a summons to a Stockton man for driving with a suspended license on Thursday, July 14.
Patrolman James Lattoz stopped a vehicle on Shunpike Road for an inspection violation at approximately 7:20 p.m. Thursday, police said.
A subsequent Division of Motor Vehicles computer check determined that the driver of the car, Charles Nocera, 28, of Stockton, NJ, had a suspended driver's license, according to the police report.

Nocera was issued a summons for failure to have his vehicle inspected and driving with a suspended license, police said.
Nocera is scheduled to appear in municipal court on July 26 at 5 p.m., police said.
