Tri Town 55+ Age-Friendliness Survey Responses Needed
The Madison Health Department and CREEHS at MSU are encouraging residents 55+ of Madison and the Chathams to take a survey.
The Madison Health Department and the Center for Research and Evaluation on Education and Human Services (CREEHS) at Montclair State University are continuing to collect data for a needs assessment for Madison and the Chathams in an effort to improve the community and its age-friendliness.
Residents of Madison, Chatham Borough and Chatham Township, age 55 years and older, are encouraged to complete the survey and share their thoughts about transportation, housing, community activities, and health services.
The survey is still available to take online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/TriTown55plus and paper copies can be obtained at the Senior Center of the Chathams, Madison Senior Center, Madison YMCA, Chatham Borough Hall and Madison Public Library until Friday, April 15.
