Tri Town 55+ Coalition's 2nd Community Forum Event to be held in Madison

The Madison Health Department invites residents, 55 years and older, and community partners (e.g., members of community organizations, representatives from local businesses, municipal leaders) from Madison, Chatham Borough, and Chatham Township to attend Tri Town 55+ coalition’s second community forum to discuss findings from the needs assessment survey and focus groups. These findings will be used to create an action plan to improve the age-friendliness of these three communities.

This event will be held on Tuesday, June 7th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Madison Community House. The event is free and dinner will be served. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP to the event, only if they are coming, and can do so by contacting the Madison Health Department at 973.593.3079 ext. 6.
