Tri Town 55+ Coalition's Community Forum Event

The Madison Health Department invites residents and partners to attend a community forum to discuss needs assessment findings.

The Madison Health Department invites residents, 55 years and older, and community partners (e.g., members of community organizations, representatives from local businesses, municipal leaders) from Madison, Chatham Borough, and Chatham Township to attend Tri Town 55+ coalition’s community forum to discuss findings from the needs assessment survey and focus groups. These findings will be used to create an action plan to improve the age-friendliness of these three communities.

Two community forums will be held to share needs assessment results. The first event will be held on Wednesday, May 25th from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Chatham. Another event, covering the same content, will be held in Madison sometime in early June. Location and time/date to be determined. Individuals may attend one event or the other. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP to the event and can do so by contacting the Health Department at 973.593.3079 ext. 6.

Transportation to and from the event will be provided for residents who cannot drive. You can reserve a seat by calling the Senior Center of the Chathams at 973.635.4565.
