Two-Time Cancer Survivor, Chatham Woman Dies at 48

Laura Weaving was a survivor who conquered cancer twice in her short life.

The Chatham woman died unexpectedly at the age of 48.

Weaving beat cancer twice, according to her obituary, and put family at the center of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Dave, of 23 years, and two daughters as well as extended family members.

Weaving loved to travel and “made the many family trips and vacations centerpieces for her husband and children.”
