$1M Lottery Ticket Sold At Cherry Hill Store

It came from a small convenience store and smoke shop in the township.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A Cherry Hill convenience store sold a scratch-off ticket that yielded $1 million.

The winner bought the "$1,000,000 Diamond Spectacular" ticket Saturday at Ashland Smoke & Convenience (10 Burnt Mill Rd.). It was tied for the state's most-valuable scratch ticket sold last week, according to New Jersey Lottery officials.

When the Diamond Spectacular contest began in July 2023, more than 7.3 million tickets were printed. Only three of those tickets held the maximum prize of $1 million, and Cherry Hill's winner claimed the last of them.
