Additional Bike Lanes Coming To South Jersey: Find Out Where

The new lanes exclusively for bikers should be installed by early July, a township spokesperson told Patch.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A new set of bike lanes in Cherry Hill will likely be installed within 4 to 6 weeks, Cherry Hill's spokesperson said.

A cycling group asked the township to place bike lanes on Kresson Road (County Route 671) between Heartwood Road and Springdale Road (County Road 673), said Michelle Caffrey, the municipality's spokesperson.

The township council approved the group's request at a meeting back in April.

Other suggestions for bike lane placements within Cherry Hill are welcomed, according to Caffrey.

"The township is always open to listening to suggestions for new ways we can improve sustainability and pedestrian and cyclist safety through calls, emails and our online request system available at www.chnj.gov," she said.
