CAMDEN, NJ — City parks and other public places may soon be allowed to host sales of alcohol during designated events.
On Monday, City Council introduced an ordinance that would amend Chapter 181 of the City Code and allow alcoholic beverages to be bought and consumed on-site at concerts, festivals, and other gatherings.
This move would apply to fully, and partially, public areas when approved in advance by the Mayor or his designee and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
