CHERRY HILL, NJ — The "shelter-in-place" responses at Joseph D. Sharp Elementary School and Henry C. Beck Middle School have been lifted after officers responded to a situation in the area, Cherry Hill Police said.
The move was out of an abundance of caution, and there was no threat to the community or either school, authorities added.
Law enforcement continues to work near Rabbit Run Drive and Old Orchard Road.
Residents are asked to still avoid the area.
Rabbit Run Drive is accessible to local traffic only.
