TURNERSVILLE, NJ. – Dec. 18, 2012 – Lauletta Birnbaum announced that Gregory A. Lomax, a prominent litigator, has joined the firm as a member and brings more than 20 years of experience in the area of complex commercial litigation. He has extensive trial and appellate court civil litigation experience and concentrates his practice in a variety of business disputes, including those involving partnerships, closely-held corporations, corporate governance matters, and other complex business and real property disputes. He also focuses on unfair trade and trademark matters, land use, real estate, insurance, and general equity litigation.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey, New Jersey Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the bar associations in Camden and Gloucester counties. Lomax was selected as a New Jersey "Super Lawyer" from 2005 to 2009 and from 2011 to 2013, is listed in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition, 2010, and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Lomax is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1990) and Juniata College (B.S., 1985).

In the community, Lomax is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, has served as a board member of the South Jersey Elite Invitational Youth Football League since 2006, and been a youth football coach in Washington Township, N.J. since 2003.
