Catholic Healthcare Partnership Leaders Hold Meeting at Lourdes
NJ Health Commissioner and leaders discuss best practices and key state priorities
CAMDEN, NJ—Leaders from New Jersey Catholic hospitals, including Trinitas Regional Medical Center, Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and
Lourdes Health System recently met with Sister Patricia Codey, President, Catholic Healthcare Partnership; along with Dr. Shereef M. Elnahal, Health Commissioner, State of New Jersey, for a meaningful discussion about the Catholic hospital mission, caring for the community, and addressing key state health priorities, including infant mortality and the opioid crisis. Following the meeting, Health Commissioner Dr. Elnahal joined Lourdes Health System President Dr. Reginald Blaber and staff for a tour of Osborn Family Health Center.
