Cherry Hill East Girls Basketball Competes In Holiday Tournament

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The holiday season is not just a time for giving, being grateful and celebrating; it’s also a time for high school basketball. There are a number of holiday tournaments coming up during the holidays, and the Cherry Hill High School East girls basketball team will be participating.

Cherry Hill East will travel to New Egypt to compete in the Warrior Classic. Cherry Hill East will play host New Egypt on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 3 p.m. The game is preceded by a matchup between Robbinsville and Raritan, scheduled for noon. The championship game will take place on Friday, Dec. 29, 3 p.m. The consolation game is scheduled for noon.

Following a season-opening win over Cumberland Regional, Cherry Hill East has dropped two straight, according to nj.com. New Egypt is also 1-2. Robbinsville is 3-0, and Raritan is 1-2.
