Cherry Hill East Girls' Tennis State Qualifiers Advance
Singles player Allyson Wolf and the doubles team of Adele Boyarski and Lauren Romisher both win Saturday.
Things couldn't have been much easier for Cherry Hill East's doubles tandem of Adele Boyarski and Lauren Romisher at the opening of the state doubles tournament at Mercer County Park Saturday.
The two went straight through to the next round, winning by default over South Amboy's Shannon Van Allen and Sabrina Afaneh.
Teammate Allyson Wolf, who is in the singles bracket, didn't have much trouble, either. After winning the first set in a tiebreak, 7-6, Wolf turned it up against South Amboy's Klaudia Maslowska, winning the second set, 6-1, to advance.
