CHERRY HILL, NJ — Thursday could become judgment day for the site of Holly Ravine Farm, as Cherry Hill officials evaluate a proposal to develop a senior-living complex on the land.

Texas-based company Caddis Healthcare Real Estate hopes to build a senior development on the long-prized farm's land, which was the site of decades of childhood memories. The development would consist of 175 independent- and assisted-living units.

The proposal is on the agenda for the zoning board's next meeting, set to convene at 6 p.m. Thursday. Here's the meeting agenda.

The zoning board's meeting will be fully remote, the governing body said. The public can access the meeting through this Zoom link.

The meeting will begin an hour earlier than usual, as the zoning board typically holds caucus sessions at 7 p.m., followed by hearings at 7:30 p.m. Instead, the caucus session will begin one hour earlier at 6 p.m., with the meeting/hearing immediately after.

Can I Make A Comment At The Meeting?

The zoning board says the public will have "full access" to the hearing, with the opportunity to provide comments, present objections and/or cross-examine witnesses on the application.
