Cherry Hill Sets Halloween Trick-Or-Treating Hours, Curfew
The timeframe is a recommendation, but here's when the township says trick-or-treaters should go out to ensure a safe Halloween.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Halloween is around the corner, and Cherry Hill has set trick-or-treating hours.
The township recommends trick-or-treating between 3-7 p.m. on Halloween, which is Tuesday. After 7 p.m., Cherry Hill will have a "suggested curfew" for all children not accompanied by an adult.
While the hours aren't required, the township set them to ensure a safe Halloween. Police will also patrol local streets in marked and unmarked cars, along with fire and emergency personnel and neighborhood-watch groups.
