Cherry Hill Soccer Teams Set For Playoffs

The high school soccer playoffs commence next week.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The high school soccer playoffs in New Jersey begin next week, and Cherry Hill high schools will be represented.

The Cherry Hill High School West boys soccer team is the No. 7 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 playoffs, and is set to host No. 10 Highland in the first round, according to nj.com. The winner will play the winner of the game between No. 2 Ocean City and No. 15 Timber Creek in the quarterfinals.

All first round games are tentatively set for Oct. 29. The quarterfinals are scheduled for Nov. 1, with the semifinals scheduled for Nov. 5 and the championship game to be determined.

The Cherry Hill High School West girls soccer team is the No. 9 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 3 playoffs, according to nj.com. Cherry Hill West will visit No. 8 Lacey in the first round. The winner will play the winner of the game between No. 1 Moorestown and No. 16 Hammonton.

The Cherry Hill High School East girls soccer team is the No. 14 seed in the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 4 playoffs, according to nj.com. Cherry Hill East will visit No. 3 Shawnee in the first round, with the winner set to play the winner of the game between No. 6 Toms River North and No. 11 Egg Harbor Township in the quarterfinals.

For both girls tournaments, the first round is tentatively set for Oct. 30, with the quarterfinals on Nov. 2. The semifinals are set for Nov. 6, with the championship game to be determined.
