Cherry Hill West Football Team Comes From Behind to Win Thanksgiving Rivalry Game
Cherry Hill East built a 14-point lead before the Lions came back for the overtime win.

The Cherry Hill High School West football team erased a 14-point deficit to walk away with a win and bragging rights over their crosstown rivals for the next year.
The Lions defeated Cherry Hill East, 26-21 in overtime on Wednesday night, according to nj.com.
Lorenzo Hernandez scored the game-winning touchdown on a 5-yard run. It was his second of the game, as he also punched one in from 1 yard out in the fourth quarter.

Andrew Valentin scored two touchdowns, one rushing and one receiving, including a 20-yard pass from Quienten Jenkins to tie the game in the fourth. He scored on an 8-yard run in the second quarter.
The Cougars scored the first two touchdowns of the game to take an early lead.

Jake Babroff got things going with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Vincent Guckin then connected with M.J. Frazier on a 35-yard pass in the second.
Following a safety early in the second half, Guckin scored his second touchdown on a 43-yard run in the third quarter to give Cherry Hill East a 21-7 lead before the Lions’ comeback.
The Lions wrapped up a 4-6 season with the victory. The Cougars were 2-8 this year.
